See [Use Bynor from Claude and ChatGPT](https://bynor.ai/guide/bynor-in-claude-and-chatgpt.html). ## How Bynor works URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/how-bynor-works.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Bynor is the AI operating system for social media. You create a brand, connect its social accounts, and Bynor studies the posts you already published to learn your voice. From there the AI Chat, the Editorial Plan, the Calendar, the Inbox, Analytics and Reports all work on the same brand context, so ideas, posts, replies and numbers stay consistent. ### The idea in one paragraph Most people who run social media juggle a scheduler, an analytics tool, a notes app, an image editor and a generic AI chatbot. Bynor puts these jobs in one place and gives them a shared memory: the **brand**. Everything you do in Bynor (a post, a reply, a report) belongs to a brand, and the AI uses what it knows about that brand to write and suggest things that sound like you, not like a generic AI. ### The building blocks - **Brand**: the identity you manage. It holds the connected social accounts, the brand context (voice, audience, strategy) and all the content. On the Business plan one account manages from 3 to 10 brands, for example one per client; Starter and the free trial have 1 brand. - **AI Chat**: the assistant you talk to. It plans, writes, generates images, reads your numbers and prepares actions that you confirm with one click. See [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html). - **Editorial Plan**: plans made of cards, one per post: videos get a script, an outline and shooting directions, photos and carousels get the visual and the caption. See [Editorial plan](https://bynor.ai/guide/editorial-plan.html). - **Calendar**: where posts are scheduled and published on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. See [Schedule and publish posts](https://bynor.ai/guide/schedule-and-publish.html). - **Inbox**: comments and direct messages in one queue, with AI-suggested replies to comments and automatic replies on Instagram and Facebook. See [Inbox](https://bynor.ai/guide/inbox.html). - **Dashboard and Analytics**: the state of your accounts and what is working. See [Dashboard and analytics](https://bynor.ai/guide/dashboard-and-analytics.html). - **Report**: PDF reports for a period, ready to send to a client. See [Reports](https://bynor.ai/guide/reports.html). - **Studio, Gallery and Post Pilot**: the photo and video editor, the archive of AI images and carousels, and the space where you upload your own media and schedule them in bulk. See [Studio and Post Pilot](https://bynor.ai/guide/studio-and-post-pilot.html). - **Client portal**: a read-only space where your client follows plans, upcoming posts and reports, and approves content. See [Client portal](https://bynor.ai/guide/client-portal.html). ### How a typical week looks 1. Open the **Dashboard**: the "To do" list tells you what needs attention, such as a connection to renew or comments waiting for a reply. 2. Ask the **AI Chat** for a plan: "Create an editorial plan for this week". It asks a few questions and builds the cards. 3. Review the cards, generate images or carousels, and schedule them in the **Calendar**. 4. Reply to comments from the **Inbox**, starting from the AI suggestion. 5. At the end of the month, create a **Report** and share it with the client. ### What makes the AI different from a generic chatbot - **It starts from your data**: when you connect a social account, Bynor analyzes up to the last 12 months of your content (topics, formats, what performed) and builds the brand context. Two exceptions: from TikTok Bynor imports metrics, not the content of the videos, and from YouTube it reads only Shorts. - **It works inside the app**: it does not stop at text. It prepares posts, replies, automations and reports, and you confirm each action with a click. - **It stays on your brand**: every brand has its own context and its own chat history, so work for one client never mixes with another. ### What Bynor does not do (today) - It does not publish to X, Pinterest or Threads: the supported networks are Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. - It does not generate videos from a text prompt. You can edit your own videos in Studio. - It does not manage paid ads. ## Sign up and start the free trial URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/sign-up-and-free-trial.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: You sign up at bynor.ai with your email or your Google account. The free trial lasts 7 days, needs no credit card and starts counting when you connect your first social account, not when you register. When it ends nothing is charged: the account becomes read-only until you choose a plan. ### Create your account 1. Go to [bynor.ai](https://bynor.ai) and choose "Try it free", or open [app.bynor.ai](https://app.bynor.ai). 2. Register with **email** (name, email, an optional phone number and a password of at least 8 characters with at least one letter and one number) or continue with **Google**. 3. You land on the **Dashboard**. Press **Create a brand** to start the setup: see [Set up your first brand](https://bynor.ai/guide/set-up-your-first-brand.html). Signing up with Google gives you the same free trial; also in that case the 7 days start when you connect your first social account. ### How the free trial works - **7 days, free, no credit card.** You do not enter payment details to start. - **The 7 days start when you connect your first social account.** Until then the clock does not run, so you can register today and connect your accounts tomorrow without losing days. - The trial has the same limits as the **Starter** plan (1 brand), plus one guest in the client portal, and 10 AI credits in total to try image generation. See [AI credits](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html). - **One trial per person.** An email that already used its trial cannot start another, and Bynor also limits repeated trials from the same phone number or network. ### When the trial ends - **Nothing is charged.** The trial does not renew into a paid plan by itself. - The account becomes **read-only**: you can still see your data, but you cannot create or publish until you choose a plan. Posts that were scheduled are paused. - Your data is not deleted. Choose a plan from **Plans & Pricing** and you pick up where you left off. See [Plans and pricing](https://bynor.ai/guide/plans-and-pricing.html). ### Frequently asked questions #### Do I need a credit card for the free trial? No. The Bynor trial lasts 7 days and does not ask for payment details. #### When does the 7-day trial start? When you connect your first social account to Bynor, not at registration. #### Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends? No. At the end of the trial nothing is charged and the account switches to read-only until you choose a plan. #### Why can't I start a trial? Each email can use the free trial once. If Bynor tells you the trial cannot be started right now, write to [info@bynor.ai](mailto:info@bynor.ai). ## Set up your first brand URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/set-up-your-first-brand.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Setup has two steps. In "Create a brand" you enter the brand name, the time zone used for publishing and the language and market of your content. In "Connect your first social account" you link a profile and, if you want, your website, then press "Start analysis". Bynor reads your recent content and builds the brand context the AI will use; you can close the page while it works. ### What a brand is A **brand** is the identity you manage in Bynor: its connected social accounts, its brand context (voice, audience, strategy) and its content. Everything in the app (posts, analytics, inbox) refers to the brand selected at the top. If you manage several businesses or clients, create one brand for each. See [Manage multiple brands](https://bynor.ai/guide/manage-multiple-brands.html). ### Step 1 of 2: Create a brand Fill in: - **Brand name**: for example the company or the creator's name. - **Publishing time zone**: scheduled posts go out at this time zone's clock. - **Language and market of your content**: Bynor shows them as "Content in (language) · (market)"; press **Change** if they are not right. It is the language the AI writes in and the market it has in mind. Press **Continue**. ### Step 2 of 2: Connect your first social account 1. Choose the network: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn. The detailed steps for each are in [Connect your social accounts](https://bynor.ai/guide/connect-social-accounts.html). 2. Optionally add your **website**: it gives the AI more context about what you sell. 3. Press **Start analysis**. Connecting the first social account is also the moment your [7-day free trial](https://bynor.ai/guide/sign-up-and-free-trial.html) starts. If you are on a phone and the network's app interrupts the connection, use **connect from another device**: Bynor gives you a one-time link to finish from a computer. ### What the analysis does The progress screen shows four phases: **Connection**, **Content**, **Metrics** and **Identity**. Bynor imports your recent posts and their metrics, reads the content of the last 12 months (texts, formats, topics, what performed best) and writes the **brand context**: voice, audience, strategy, patterns that work. From TikTok Bynor imports metrics but not the content of the videos, so a brand connected only to TikTok does not get a brand context from it; from YouTube it reads Shorts. You do not have to wait on the page: close it and Bynor emails you when the analysis is ready. The time depends on how much content the account has. ### After setup - Read and adjust the brand context: [Brand context and voice](https://bynor.ai/guide/brand-context-and-voice.html). - Connect the other networks of the same brand from the **Brand** page. - Ask the [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html) for your first plan: "Create an editorial plan for this week". ## Connect your social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/connect-social-accounts.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Bynor connects to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn (personal profile and Company Page). Open Brand, go to Social Accounts and press Connect on the network. Instagram needs a professional account (Business or Creator); Facebook needs a Page you manage; YouTube needs a channel. Each connection enables analytics, publishing and, where available, the inbox. If a connection expires, press Reconnect: your history is safe. ### Which networks you can connect | Network | What you need | What Bynor can do | |---|---|---| | Instagram | A professional account (Business or Creator) | Analytics, publishing (posts, carousels, Reels, Stories), inbox for comments and direct messages, automatic replies | | Facebook | A Facebook Page you manage | Analytics, publishing (photos, photo carousels, videos and Reels, Stories), inbox for comments and messages, automatic replies | | TikTok | A TikTok account | Analytics, publishing (videos and photo carousels) | | YouTube | A Google account with a YouTube channel | Analytics, publishing (Shorts), inbox for comments | | LinkedIn | A personal profile, a Company Page you administer, or both | Analytics, publishing (text, images, image collages, videos, PDF documents) | **X, Pinterest and Threads** are not supported today. ### Where to connect 1. Open **Brand** in the sidebar and select the brand. 2. In the **Social Accounts** section, press **Connect** on the network. 3. Log in on the network's page and grant the permissions Bynor asks for. 4. Back in Bynor, the account shows as **Connected**, with the features it enables: Analytics, Publishing, Inbox. The first connection of a new brand happens during setup: see [Set up your first brand](https://bynor.ai/guide/set-up-your-first-brand.html). ### Instagram Instagram must be a **professional account** (Business or Creator). A personal account cannot be connected: Bynor shows "Non-professional Instagram account". You can switch an account to professional for free in the Instagram app settings. There are two ways to connect it: - **Directly with Instagram**: you log in with your Instagram credentials. No Facebook Page needed. - **Through Facebook (Meta)**: the Instagram account must be linked to a Facebook Page you manage. Connecting Facebook this way brings Instagram with it. If Meta restricts publishing on an Instagram account connected through Facebook, Bynor offers **Switch to direct Instagram** to resume publishing. ### Facebook Press **Connect Facebook** and choose how you manage the Page: - **With Business Manager**: the Page belongs to a business portfolio; you will select the portfolio and the Page. - **Page admin, without Business Manager**: you manage the Page as an admin and log in with your personal Facebook profile. Not sure? If you never created a Business Manager for that Page, choose the second option. If you already have Pages connected, leave them selected on Meta's screen and add the new one: unselecting them can disconnect them. ### TikTok Press **Connect** on TikTok, log in and authorize Bynor. Bynor imports your recent videos and their metrics. When you publish, you always choose the video's privacy level yourself. ### YouTube Press **Connect** on YouTube and sign in with the Google account that owns the channel. If the account has no YouTube channel, the connection fails: create the channel first. ### LinkedIn Press **Connect** on LinkedIn and sign in. Bynor then asks you to **choose what to connect to this brand**: your **Personal profile**, a **Company Page** you administer, or both. Select at least one. - **Company Page**: Bynor imports the page's past posts and their metrics, plus followers and page views. - **Personal profile**: Bynor shows metrics only for the posts you publish with Bynor, plus your followers. Past posts and audience demographics are not available for personal profiles. If you connect both, you choose **Publish as** (Personal profile or Company Page) on each post. ### Connecting from a phone On some phones the authorization link opens inside the Instagram, Facebook or TikTok app and the connection stops without a message. If it happens, finish from a computer: Bynor can email you a link to complete the connection there. ### Reconnect an expired connection For security, the authorization you give to a network expires from time to time, or ends when you change your password on the network. When this happens: - the account shows **Connection expired** and the Dashboard lists it under **To do**; - press **Reconnect** and authorize again; - your history is safe and future scheduled posts go out normally. Posts whose time passed while the connection was expired do not go out by themselves: retry or reschedule them from the Calendar. An expired connection is the most common reason a scheduled post does not go out. ### Disconnect a network On the account, press **Disconnect** and confirm with **Yes, disconnect**. Disconnecting deletes the data Bynor imported from that network for that brand. Disconnecting Facebook also removes the Instagram data that came through Meta. ### One connection per network per brand per month For security, each brand can connect each network **once a month**; the month is counted from the day your subscription started, on annual plans too. If you disconnect and want to reconnect sooner (even the same account), Bynor tells you from which date it becomes possible. If you need it earlier, write to [info@bynor.ai](mailto:info@bynor.ai). ### Frequently asked questions #### Can I connect a personal Instagram account? No. Instagram's rules allow tools like Bynor to work only with professional accounts (Business or Creator). Switching is free from the Instagram app settings. #### Do I need a Facebook Page to connect Instagram? No, if you connect Instagram directly. Yes, if you connect it through Facebook (Meta). #### Can I connect LinkedIn? Yes. You can connect a LinkedIn personal profile, a Company Page you administer, or both, to the same brand. #### Can I connect X, Pinterest or Threads? Not today. Bynor supports Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. #### Will disconnecting delete my posts on Instagram, TikTok or LinkedIn? No. Nothing is deleted on the social network. Bynor deletes only the copy of the data it imported for that brand. ## Brand context and tone of voice URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/brand-context-and-voice.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: After the first analysis Bynor writes the brand context: voice, audience, strategy, patterns that work, community, channels and best content. The AI uses it for every idea, caption and reply. You find it in More, then Brand Context. Press "Edit the context" to rewrite it yourself or to ask the AI for a change in plain words; if you do not like the last change, ask the AI Chat to undo it. ### What the brand context is The brand context is what the AI knows about your brand. Bynor writes it from the analysis of your social accounts (and your website, if you added it), and keeps it as readable text, organized in sections: - **Voice**: how the brand speaks. - **Audience**: who it speaks to. - **Strategy**: goals and positioning. - **Patterns that work**: formats, topics and hooks that performed. - **Community**: what people ask and say in the comments. - **Channels**: the role of each network. - **Territories** and **best content**: the themes the brand owns and the posts that did best. The more accurate it is, the more the AI writes like you. ### Where to find it - In the sidebar open **More**, then **Brand Context**. - On the **Brand** page, the **Brand Identity** section shows the data the AI uses for the selected brand. ### Edit the context Press **Edit the context**. You have two ways: - **Write it yourself**: edit the text directly and press Save. - **Ask or update**: write the change in plain words, for example "We no longer sell to companies, only to private customers" or "Use a more informal tone". The AI rewrites the text keeping the sections. If nothing needs to change, it tells you. ### Undo a change Bynor keeps the version before the last change. If you do not like a change, ask the [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html) to undo it: you can go back one step, not further. ### Changes proposed by the AI Chat The [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html) can propose updates to the brand identity, for example a new positioning. It never applies them by itself: it shows a card and the change happens only when you press the card's button (for a new positioning, **Change positioning**). ### Brand documents You can give Bynor up to 4 PDF documents about the brand (for example brand guidelines, a catalog or a price list), up to 19 MB each and 20 MB in total. Bynor reads them and uses them as context. ### Frequently asked questions #### Can I change the tone of voice Bynor uses? Yes. Open Brand Context, press "Edit the context" and either rewrite the Voice section yourself or ask for the change in plain words. #### Does the AI change my brand identity on its own? No. Changes to the brand identity proposed in the chat are applied only when you confirm them. ## AI Chat (the AI Control Center) URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: The AI Chat is the assistant inside Bynor (on the website it is called AI Control Center). It knows the selected brand, its content and its numbers. It plans, writes captions and scripts, generates images, analyzes performance, looks at competitors and prepares posts, replies and automations. Anything that publishes, schedules, replies, deletes or changes the team or the brand identity becomes a card that you confirm with one click. ### Open the chat - From the sidebar: **AI Chat**. - From any page on a computer: the **Ask** button. - With the keyboard: press **Ctrl+K** and choose a new AI chat. Select the brand you want to work on: the chat history is saved separately for each brand. You can also dictate with the microphone instead of typing. ### What you can ask - **Plans**: "Create an editorial plan for this week", "Give me 3 post ideas for Friday". - **Writing**: captions, Reel scripts, carousel texts, "Check if this text is in line with the brand". - **Images**: "Generate an image for the next post", carousels in the brand's style. See [AI images and carousels](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-images-and-carousels.html). - **Numbers**: "Which posts worked best?", "Compare the social channels", "Make me a performance report". - **Publishing**: prepare a post and schedule it, move or cancel scheduled posts. - **Community**: propose replies to comments, set up an automatic reply. - **Competitors**: "Look at @username" to analyze an Instagram Business or Creator profile. See [Competitor analysis](https://bynor.ai/guide/competitor-analysis.html). - **Team**: invite a teammate or a client. The chat also brings you proposals of its own, for example a content idea when several people ask for the same thing in your comments. ### Action cards: you always have the last word When a request publishes, schedules, replies, deletes or changes your team or brand identity, the chat does not act in the background. It shows a **card** with what it is about to do, and the action runs only when you press its button. Smaller things, such as notes in the brand diary, the chat writes by itself while you talk. Examples: - **Post the reply** to a comment. - **Move** or **Cancel the post** for scheduled content. - **Delete** cards, plans or scheduled posts. - **Send to client** for approval. - Activate an automation, redo a plan, send an invitation. - **Apply** a change to the brand identity. Deleting always needs the click on the card, even if you already wrote "yes, delete it" in the chat. ### Does the chat use credits? Chatting does not use AI credits. Generating images does, and the cost is shown on the button before you generate. See [AI credits](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html). ### Use the same assistant from Claude or ChatGPT The tools of the AI Chat are also available in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex through the MCP connector. See [Use Bynor from Claude and ChatGPT](https://bynor.ai/guide/bynor-in-claude-and-chatgpt.html). ### Frequently asked questions #### Is the AI Chat the same as the AI Control Center? Yes. On the bynor.ai website it is presented as AI Control Center; in the app the menu item is called AI Chat. #### Can the AI Chat publish without asking me? No. Publishing, scheduling, replying, deleting and changes to team or brand identity always go through a card you confirm. #### Does the AI Chat know my brand? Yes. It works on the selected brand: its brand context, its connected accounts, its posts and their metrics. ## Create an editorial plan URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/editorial-plan.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Open Editorial Plan and press "New editorial plan". Choose "Generate with AI" to answer a few questions in the chat and get a plan with cards ready to review, or "I'll do it myself" for an empty plan. Each card is one post (Reel, Video, Carousel, Post, Photo or Story): videos and Reels get a script, an outline and shooting directions, photos and carousels get the visual and the caption. When the content is ready you schedule it in the Calendar. ### Create a plan 1. Open **Editorial Plan** in the sidebar. 2. Press **New editorial plan**. 3. Choose **Generate with AI** or **I'll do it myself**. With **Generate with AI** the AI Chat asks a few questions (the brief) and creates the plan with its cards, ready to review. With **I'll do it myself** you get an empty plan to fill in. You can also start from the [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html) directly: "Create an editorial plan for the next two weeks". ### The brief The brief is the starting information: the goal, the networks, the topics and how many posts you want. Answer in your own words. A concrete goal ("make the new service known") gives better ideas than a vague one ("grow"). ### Cards Every idea the AI proposes becomes a **card**, one per post. A card has a format (**Reel**, **Video**, **Carousel**, **Post**, **Photo** or **Story**) and a status, so you see at a glance what is ready and what is still to do. Open a card to produce its content. What you find depends on the format: - **Reels, videos and Shorts**: **Script / Text** (the complete text to read on camera), **Outline** (a bullet-point track to develop in your own words), **Recording** (shooting directions written by the AI: what to frame, how to move, music and audio, on-screen text, pace) and the caption. - **Stories**: Script / Text and Recording. - **Posts and photos**: the image and the caption. - **Carousels**: the slides and the caption. ### Edit and regenerate - Edit any text by hand, or ask the AI to revise the script in the brand's tone (you can always go back to the original script). - For carousels, **Regenerate** a single slide or **Regenerate all**. - From the card menu: **Duplicate card**, **Move to another plan**, **Delete card**. - From the plan header: edit the name and the goal. ### Share with your client Press **Share with the client** to send the plan to the [client portal](https://bynor.ai/guide/client-portal.html). The client approves or declines each card. You find their answers in **More**, then **Approvals**. A card you change can be sent back to the client for a new review. ### From the plan to publishing When a card's content is ready, schedule the post in the **Calendar**, where you do the final check of caption, media and date. See [Schedule and publish posts](https://bynor.ai/guide/schedule-and-publish.html). ### Frequently asked questions #### Can Bynor write the editorial plan for me? Yes. Choose "Generate with AI" or ask the AI Chat. It builds the plan from your brand context and your past results, and you review every card. #### Does creating a plan use AI credits? No. Plans and texts do not use credits today; generating images does. See [AI credits](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html). ## Generate AI images and carousels URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-images-and-carousels.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Ask the AI Chat for an image or a carousel, for example "Generate an image for the next post". Bynor proposes the visual in the brand's style and shows the cost in AI credits on the button before generating. Your images and carousels are saved in the Gallery (in More) and can be attached to cards and posts. A carousel can have up to 10 slides on Instagram, 15 on Facebook and 35 on TikTok. ### Generate an image 1. Open the [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html) on the brand. 2. Ask for what you need: "Generate an image for the next post", "Make a carousel with the 5 tips from this script". 3. The AI proposes the visual, using the brand context and the content of the post. 4. The generate button shows the cost in **AI credits**. Press it to create the image. The cost depends on the image model and the resolution. You always see it before generating. See [AI credits](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html). ### Carousels You can generate a full carousel or work slide by slide: add a slide, regenerate one, or regenerate all of them from the editorial plan card. Each network has its own limit: | Network | Maximum slides | Notes | |---|---|---| | Instagram | 10 | Photos and videos (videos up to 60 seconds) | | Facebook | 15 | Photos only | | TikTok | 35 | Photos only | A carousel needs at least 2 slides. YouTube does not accept carousels. ### Edit and restore You can ask the AI for changes to an image ("make the background lighter", "change the text"). Every version is kept: if the new one is worse, restore the previous one. To edit by hand, open the image in [Studio](https://bynor.ai/guide/studio-and-post-pilot.html). ### Where your images are - **Gallery** (in the sidebar, under **More**): all the images and carousels created in Bynor. - On the editorial plan card and in the post you attach them to. ### Use your own photos and videos You do not have to generate everything. Add your own photos and videos when you create a post, or upload them to Post Pilot to schedule them in bulk. See [Studio and Post Pilot](https://bynor.ai/guide/studio-and-post-pilot.html). ### Frequently asked questions #### How many credits does an AI image cost? It depends on the model and the resolution, and the exact cost is shown on the button before you generate. Monthly credits are included in every plan. #### Can Bynor generate videos with AI? Not today. You can edit your own videos in Studio and publish them from the Calendar. ## Studio editor and Post Pilot bulk scheduling URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/studio-and-post-pilot.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Studio is Bynor's photo and video editor: you open it from the app switcher at the top of the sidebar and edit by hand, with cuts, text, subtitles from your script, transitions, music and the brand's style. Automatic AI video editing is not available yet. Post Pilot is where you upload up to 15 photos and videos (up to 2 GB per file) and schedule them as separate posts with one voice or text command; uploaded files are kept for 7 days. ### Studio Studio is the editor for your photos and videos. Editing happens by hand, directly in the editor, so it does not cost AI credits. - **Open it** from the app switcher at the top of the sidebar (Studio is a separate space, not a sidebar item). - **Add** your media, then work on **cuts**, **text**, **subtitles** from your script, **transitions**, **music** and the brand's style. - When the content is ready, schedule it from the [Calendar](https://bynor.ai/guide/schedule-and-publish.html). Studio works on your own material. Automatic AI video editing ("Edit it for me"), subtitles written from speech and automatic touch-ups are not available yet: Studio says so when you try them. ### Post Pilot Post Pilot is where you upload photos and videos and schedule them in bulk with one command, written or spoken. 1. In the **Calendar**, press **Post Pilot**. 2. **Upload** your photos and videos, up to 15 at a time, by choosing them or dropping them in. 3. Tell Bynor when and where to publish them, for example "Publish everything on Instagram at 6 pm, one a day". You can type it or say it. 4. Bynor prepares each post with day, time and caption: review and confirm. You can also select several photos and press **Create carousel** to merge them into one carousel post. Post Pilot is a temporary space, not an archive: it holds up to **15 items**, and each file **expires after 7 days** (the remaining days are shown on each file). #### Accepted files | Type | Formats | Limits | |---|---|---| | Images | JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF | Up to 2 GB per file | | Videos | MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI | Up to 2 GB per file, up to 30 minutes | Each network then applies its own limits when you publish: see [Formats and limits per network](https://bynor.ai/guide/formats-and-limits.html). ### Gallery The **Gallery** (in the sidebar, under **More**) collects the images and carousels created by Bynor's AI. Post Pilot holds the files you upload; the Gallery holds the ones the AI makes. ### Frequently asked questions #### Is Studio like Canva? Studio is Bynor's editor for photos and videos, built into the same place where you plan and publish, so what you edit goes straight to the calendar. Editing is manual. #### Can Bynor edit my videos automatically? Not yet. Automatic AI video editing in Studio is not available today; manual editing (cuts, text, subtitles from your script, transitions, music) is. #### What is the maximum file size I can upload? 2 GB per file in Post Pilot. When publishing, Bynor compresses videos to stay within each network's limit, for example 300 MB for an Instagram Reel. ## Schedule and publish posts URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/schedule-and-publish.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: In the Calendar press "New post", choose one or more networks, add media and write the caption (one per network if you want), then choose "Publish now" or "Schedule". Scheduled posts go out by themselves at the chosen time, usually within a minute. If a publication fails, Bynor notifies you and you can retry; if the outcome is uncertain, check the profile before publishing again. ### Create a post 1. Open **Calendar** in the sidebar and press **New post** (or press Ctrl+K and choose a new post). 2. Select the destination networks among the connected ones. One post can go out on several networks at once. 3. Add the media (photo, carousel or video) and write the caption. 4. Choose the format from the Format menu: **Post / Photo**, **Reel / Video**, **Story** or **Carousel**. The formats you can pick depend on the network. 5. Set date and time, then press **Schedule**, or **Publish now**. ### One caption per network With several networks selected, each one has its own caption: switch between them to adapt the text. **Generate with AI** writes a caption suggestion for the active network. The preview shows how the post will look on each network and in the profile grid. ### Drafts To keep a post you are not ready to schedule, press **Save draft**. Closing the window without saving discards it. Find your drafts under **Content** in the Calendar toolbar, in the **Drafts** list, and pick up where you left off. ### Views and filters Switch between the **Calendar** view and the **Grid** (list) view, choose **Day**, **Week** or **Month**, and filter by format. In the Week and Month views you can drag a post to another day to reschedule it. ### The best time to post In **Analytics**, the section **When your posts do best** shows the days and hours when your audience reacts most, calculated on your brand's own posts (not on generic industry averages). With few posts the indication is marked as approximate. ### When a scheduled post goes out Bynor checks the queue every minute: a scheduled post is published at the chosen time, usually within a minute. Times follow the brand's publishing time zone. ### If a publication fails - You get a notification and an email; the post shows as failed in the Calendar. - The message explains the reason. The most common is an expired connection: reconnect the account (see [Connect your social accounts](https://bynor.ai/guide/connect-social-accounts.html)). - Fix the cause and press **Retry** (**Retry failed** on a post sent to several networks), or **Reschedule** the post. A post whose time passed while the connection was expired does not go out by itself after you reconnect: retry it or reschedule it. ### If the outcome is uncertain Sometimes the network does not confirm whether a post went online (for example after a timeout on Facebook or TikTok). In that case Bynor does not say "failed": it tells you **the post may already be online**. Check the profile first, and publish again only if the post is not there, to avoid a duplicate. ### Network-specific rules - **TikTok**: you choose the privacy level of each video in the preview. Sending a draft to the TikTok app inbox is not available. - **YouTube**: Bynor publishes only Shorts, vertical videos up to 3 minutes. Horizontal videos are blocked. - **LinkedIn**: if the brand has both a personal profile and a Company Page connected, choose **Publish as** in the post. A carousel goes out as a PDF document (default) or as an image collage. - **Instagram and Facebook Stories**: one image or one video, without caption. All limits are in [Formats and limits per network](https://bynor.ai/guide/formats-and-limits.html). ### Frequently asked questions #### Can I publish the same post on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok at once? Yes. Select all the networks in the same post; each one can have its own caption, while the format is one for the whole post (networks that do not support it are removed). #### Can I edit a post after scheduling it? Yes. Open it in the Calendar to edit caption, media or date, or drag it to another day. #### Does Bynor publish automatically or only remind me? It publishes automatically on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn at the scheduled time. You do not need to be online. ## Formats and limits per network URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/formats-and-limits.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: From Bynor you publish posts, carousels, Reels and Stories on Instagram; photos, photo carousels, videos, Reels and Stories on Facebook; videos and photo carousels on TikTok; Shorts on YouTube; text, images, image collages, videos and PDF documents on LinkedIn. Captions over the network's limit are stopped when you schedule. Carousels go up to 10 slides on Instagram, 15 on Facebook, 20 on LinkedIn and 35 on TikTok. ### What you can publish | Network | Formats available from Bynor | |---|---| | Instagram | Photo post, carousel (photos and videos), Reel, Story, Trial Reel | | Facebook | Photo, photo carousel, video and Reel, Story | | TikTok | Video, photo carousel | | YouTube | Short (vertical video up to 3 minutes) | | LinkedIn | Text post, image, image collage, video, PDF document (carousel) | ### Caption length | Network and format | Maximum characters | |---|---| | Instagram post, carousel, Reel | 2,200 | | Instagram Story | No caption | | Facebook post and Reel | 63,206 | | Facebook Story | No caption | | TikTok video (title) | 2,200 | | TikTok photo carousel | 4,000 | | YouTube (description) | 5,000 bytes: emoji and accented letters count as more than one. The title is cut at 100 characters | | LinkedIn | 3,000 | If a caption is longer than the limit, Bynor stops it when you schedule the post and asks you to shorten it. TikTok removes line breaks from captions. ### Carousels | Network | Slides | Content | |---|---|---| | Instagram | 2 to 10 | Photos and videos (each video up to 60 seconds) | | Facebook | 2 to 15 | Photos only | | TikTok | 2 to 35 | Photos only | | LinkedIn | 2 to 20 | Images only, published as a PDF document or as an image collage | | YouTube | Not available | | ### File size when publishing Bynor compresses videos so they stay within these limits; on Instagram and Facebook, videos over 100 MB are compressed further. When one post goes to several networks, the smallest limit applies. | Network and format | Size | |---|---| | Instagram post and Reel | 300 MB | | Instagram Story | 100 MB | | Facebook post, video and Reel | 500 MB | | Facebook Story | 100 MB | | TikTok video | 500 MB | | YouTube Short | 500 MB | | LinkedIn video | 500 MB | A LinkedIn PDF document can be up to 100 MB. You can upload files up to 2 GB to Post Pilot; the sizes above apply when the post goes out. ### Other rules to know - **Instagram feed photos** look best at 4:5 (1080×1350). Reels and Stories are vertical, 9:16. - **Stories** contain one image or one video. - **YouTube**: Bynor publishes only Shorts, vertical videos up to 3 minutes. Horizontal videos and photos are not accepted. - **TikTok** asks you to choose the privacy level of every video. - **LinkedIn** videos last 3 seconds to 30 minutes. A LinkedIn carousel goes out by default as a **PDF document** that people swipe through in the feed; in the post you can switch **Format** to **Image collage**. The **Document title** (up to 100 characters) appears above the slides; if you leave it empty, Bynor uses the first line of the caption. - **Instagram** requires a professional account (Business or Creator). ### Frequently asked questions #### What is the caption limit on Instagram? 2,200 characters for posts, carousels and Reels. Stories have no caption. #### How many photos can an Instagram carousel have when published from Bynor? Up to 10 items, photos or videos. #### Can I publish a PDF carousel on LinkedIn? Yes. A carousel published on LinkedIn goes out by default as a PDF document (up to 20 slides and 100 MB), with a title shown above the slides. You can choose an image collage instead. #### Can I publish a photo on YouTube? No. On YouTube Bynor publishes only Shorts, vertical videos up to 3 minutes. ## Inbox: reply to comments and direct messages URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/inbox.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: The Inbox collects comments from Instagram, Facebook and YouTube and direct messages from Instagram and Facebook in a single queue per brand. Each comment gets a label (Lead, Support, Complaint, Positive, Collab, Noise) so you see what matters first. Open a comment, press "Suggest reply" to get a draft in the brand's tone, adjust it and send it without leaving Bynor. Direct messages are answered by hand. ### What arrives in the Inbox | Network | Comments | Direct messages | |---|---|---| | Instagram | Yes | Yes | | Facebook | Yes | Yes (Page messages) | | YouTube | Yes | Not available on YouTube | New Instagram and Facebook comments arrive in near real time; Bynor also syncs all channels several times a day. TikTok and LinkedIn comments are not in the Inbox today. ### Open the Inbox 1. Open **Inbox** in the sidebar. 2. Choose the brand from the selector at the top: each brand has its own queue. 3. Switch between **Comments** and **DMs**. ### Filter and prioritize - **Channel**: all, or one network. - **Label**: Bynor's AI classifies every comment as **Lead**, **Support**, **Complaint**, **Positive**, **Collab** or **Noise**. Direct messages are not classified. - **Type**: comments or direct messages. A good habit: filter by Lead and Complaint first, they are the comments worth answering quickly. ### Reply with the AI suggestion 1. Click a comment to open the full thread, including replies to replies. 2. Press **Suggest reply**: Bynor drafts an answer using the brand context, so it sounds like you. 3. Edit the draft, then press **Send** (the arrow). To answer a specific reply in the thread, press **Reply** under it first. The suggestion is a starting point: add a personal touch before sending. The AI suggestion is available for comments; direct messages you write yourself and send with **Send**. If too much time has passed since the person's last message, the network no longer accepts a reply and Bynor shows **Reply window expired**. Replying requires an active subscription and the permission to reply in your team role. ### Mark what you handled - On a single conversation, use **Mark as replied** (or **Mark as unreplied** to put it back in the queue). - With **Mark all** you can mark every message of the brand **as read** or **as replied**, or only those older than 30 days. Marking changes nothing on the social network. ### The AI Chat and your community The [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html) reads your comments too. It can propose replies as cards to confirm, tell you the overall mood of recent comments, and suggest a post when at least three different people ask for the same thing in public comments (direct messages are never used for this). ### Frequently asked questions #### Can Bynor reply to Instagram DMs? Yes. Instagram and Facebook direct messages are in the Inbox and you can reply from there. The AI reply suggestion is for comments; direct messages you write yourself. #### Are TikTok or LinkedIn comments in the Inbox? Not today. The Inbox covers Instagram, Facebook and YouTube comments, and Instagram and Facebook direct messages. #### Does Bynor reply to comments automatically? Only if you set up an automation, on Instagram and Facebook. See [Comment and DM automations](https://bynor.ai/guide/comment-automations.html). ## Comment and DM automations (Instagram and Facebook) URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/comment-automations.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: In Inbox, open Automations and press "Create automation". Choose when to reply (any comment, a comment containing certain words, or exactly certain words), on which posts (all the brand's posts or one specific post), and what to send: a public reply, a private message, or both. The private message can include up to 3 buttons (links, or quick replies on Instagram). Automations work on Instagram and Facebook. ### Where to find them Open **Inbox** in the sidebar and press **Automations**. You see the automations of the selected brand and can turn each one on or off. ### Create an automation 1. Press **Create automation**. 2. Choose **when to reply**: **Any comment**, **The comment contains one of the words** or **The comment is exactly one of the words**. Turn on **Also recognise similar wording** to catch comments that say the same thing in other words. 3. Choose **where**: **On all the brand's posts** or **Only on a specific post**. 4. Choose **what to send**: a **Public reply** under the comment, a **Private message** to the person, or both. The private message can contain up to 3 buttons: a **link**, or a **quick reply** (quick replies work only on Instagram; on Facebook the message arrives without them). 5. Save and turn it on. ### A classic example You publish a Reel that says "Comment GUIDE to get the PDF". Create an automation on that post only, triggered by the word GUIDE, with a short public reply ("Sent you a DM!") and a private message with a link to the PDF. ### Good to know - Automations work on **Instagram and Facebook**. - On Instagram, private messages need the **direct Instagram connection**: Instagram allows automatic messages only to apps connected directly. If your Instagram is connected only through Facebook, only the public reply goes out until you add the direct connection; Bynor shows a banner when you create the automation. - They run only while the subscription is active. - For safety, if a channel returns errors several times in a row, Bynor pauses the automation on that channel and tells you, instead of retrying blindly. - You can also ask the [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html) to set one up: it prepares the automation and activates it only when you confirm. ### Frequently asked questions #### Can Bynor send a DM to people who comment a keyword? Yes, on Instagram and Facebook. Create an automation triggered by the keyword and add a private message, optionally with a link button. On Instagram this needs the direct Instagram connection. #### Do automations work on TikTok or YouTube? No. Automations are available on Instagram and Facebook. ## Dashboard and analytics URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/dashboard-and-analytics.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: The Dashboard is the home screen of each brand: a to-do list (critical errors such as an expired connection, messages awaiting a reply, the next posts), weekly and monthly goals, widgets you choose and AI-recommended actions. Analytics shows followers, likes, coverage, engagement rate, high-value actions and views for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or 12 months, by channel and by format. Metrics of recent posts refresh several times a day. ### Dashboard The Dashboard is the first screen you see. Everything refers to the brand selected at the top. - **To do**: the most urgent thing first. A critical error (for example a connection to renew), the comments and direct messages awaiting a reply, the posts scheduled in the next 24 hours, or a reminder when nothing is scheduled; during the free trial, also the days left. - **Goals**: weekly and monthly goals, calculated from the last 60 days of history. A marker on each bar shows how much of the period has passed: if your progress is behind the marker, you need to speed up. - **At a glance**: boxes with the metrics you care about. Press **Add widget** to change them; the choice is saved per brand. - **Recommended actions**: AI suggestions on the most useful next move, regenerated every week. ### Analytics Open **Analytics** in the sidebar. 1. Choose the channels to include: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn. 2. Choose the period: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 3 months or last 12 months. 3. Read the overview cards. Each one shows the change compared to the previous period. #### The main metrics | Metric | What it measures | |---|---| | Total followers | The audience of the selected channels | | Total likes | Likes received in the period | | Coverage | How many people saw your content; where the network does not count people (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), how many times it was viewed | | Engagement rate | Interactions (likes, comments, saves, shares) compared to coverage | | High-value actions | Saves plus shares: the strongest sign that content is useful | | Views | Views of your content | #### More sections - **Content performance by format**: carousel, images and video compared with each other. Story analytics are coming soon. - **When your posts do best**: the days and hours that work for your audience, from your own posts. - **Topics**: the themes your content talks about, found by the AI in your posts. - **Ask Bynor**: from a post in the rankings, open the AI Chat on that post to understand why it worked or not. #### LinkedIn - For a **Company Page**, Analytics shows impressions, clicks, likes, comments and shares of each post, followers and page views. The audience section **LinkedIn · Professional audience** splits followers by **Seniority**, **Function** and **Company size**. - For a **Personal profile**, LinkedIn gives metrics only for the posts you published with Bynor, plus the follower count. Audience demographics are available for Company Pages only. ### How often the data is updated Bynor checks every hour which posts need fresh metrics. The newer the post, the more often it is updated: | Age of the post | Update frequency | |---|---| | Less than 2 days | About every 8 hours | | 2 to 7 days | Once a day | | 7 to 30 days | Every 2 days | | 30 to 90 days | Once a week | | Older | About once a month | Updates pause at night (Italian time). Posts older than a year are no longer refreshed. ### Frequently asked questions #### Why are my numbers different from the Instagram app? The Instagram app shows live numbers; Bynor updates them on the schedule above, so recent posts may differ by a few hours of activity. Some metrics are also defined differently by each network. #### Can I see analytics for all my brands together? Analytics works per brand: switch brand from the selector at the top. ## Create and share reports (PDF and CSV) URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/reports.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Open Report and press "New report". Choose the document (Simple, Detailed or both) and the channels, the content (a ready preset or your own sections), the period and a name. Bynor generates it in the background; when it is ready you download it as PDF or CSV, share it with a link valid for 7 days, or send it to your client's portal. An AI written summary can be added on request, without using AI credits. ### Create a report 1. Open **Report** in the sidebar and press **New report**. 2. **Document and channels**: choose **Simple** (to send to your client: it tells the story, with the numbers backing it up), **Detailed** (to keep and work from: charts, tables and the metrics in full) or **Both**, then the channels to include. 3. **Content**: pick a preset (**Client summary**, **Proof of work**, **Editorial meeting**, **Community only**, **Full analysis**) or choose the sections yourself. You can save your choice with **Save as template**. 4. **Period and name**: choose the dates and give the report a name. 5. Confirm. The report is generated in the background and Bynor tells you when it is ready. One report at a time can be in progress for each brand. ### Read and download Open the report card to read numbers, charts and summary inside Bynor. Then: - **Download** the PDF, laid out and ready to send. - **Download CSV** for the raw data. Reports stay in the list: you can reopen or download them again whenever you want. Cards show the status, such as generating, error or new. ### Add a written summary You can ask Bynor to add **a written summary** that explains the numbers in plain words. It is optional and does not use AI credits. ### Share with a client - **Share** creates a link anyone can open, valid for **7 days**. Press **Revoke link** to close it earlier. Regenerating the report also revokes the old link. - Send the report to the [client portal](https://bynor.ai/guide/client-portal.html), where your client finds it together with plans and upcoming posts. - From the Business plan, **report branding** lets you put your agency's look on the report. ### A report for a single post From Claude or ChatGPT, through the [MCP connector](https://bynor.ai/guide/bynor-in-claude-and-chatgpt.html), you can also ask for a PDF report of a single post, from the day it went out to today. ### Frequently asked questions #### Can I export social media reports to PDF? Yes. Every report can be downloaded as PDF, and its data as CSV. #### Can I schedule a monthly report? Create a new report at the end of each month with the same template: it takes a minute. Doing it at a fixed date is the simplest way to show results over time. ## Competitor analysis on Instagram URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/competitor-analysis.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Ask the AI Chat "Look at @username" to analyze a competitor's public Instagram profile. Bynor asks you to confirm with the "Open" button, then reads its recent posts (around 30) with formats and interactions. It needs a Facebook Page or an Instagram connected through Facebook (Meta). Each brand can open 5 profiles a month; an opened profile stays readable for 7 days. It does not use AI credits. ### How to analyze a competitor 1. Open the [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html) on your brand. 2. Write, for example, "Look at @competitor" or "Compare me with @competitor". 3. Bynor shows a card with how many openings you have left this month. Press **Open**. 4. The chat reads the profile and answers your question: what they publish, which formats work for them, how their engagement compares to yours. ### What Bynor reads - Around 30 recent posts of the profile, with their format and interactions. - An overview of formats and engagement, with each post compared to the other posts of the same profile. - Notes you ask the chat to keep about that competitor. Bynor does not interact with the profile. The images of the posts you look at stay available in that chat, and the AI can take them as a visual reference when it prepares your content, as it does with images you upload. ### Limits - **Instagram only**, and only **professional accounts** (Business or Creator), because Instagram exposes data only for those. - **Your brand needs a Meta connection**: an Instagram connected through Facebook, or a Facebook Page linked to an Instagram Business account. With Instagram connected only directly (Instagram login), Bynor asks you to connect the Facebook Page first. - **5 openings per month for each brand.** An opened profile stays available for 7 days; reading it again after that uses another opening. - It **does not use AI credits**. ### Frequently asked questions #### Can Bynor analyze competitors on TikTok or Facebook? Not today. Competitor analysis works on public professional Instagram profiles. #### Does the competitor know I looked at their profile? No. Bynor reads public data through Instagram's official interface and does not interact with the account. ## Invite your team and set roles URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/team-and-roles.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: The team is included from the Business plan, with one collaborator for each brand you pay for. Open Settings, press "Manage roles & access" and then "Invite member". Owners have full access, including billing and team. Each collaborator gets a permission level for each brand: Viewer, Contributor, Scheduler, Publisher, Brand manager, Community manager or Custom. Only an owner can promote or demote people. ### Owners and collaborators - **Owner**: the person who created the account, and anyone later promoted to owner. Full access to every brand, billing, plan and team. - **Collaborator**: a member of your team. Sees only the brands you give them, with the permissions you choose for each brand. Clients are a third kind of person, with read-only access through the portal: see [Client portal](https://bynor.ai/guide/client-portal.html). ### How many people you can invite | Plan | Collaborators | |---|---| | Starter and free trial | None: the account has one user | | Business | One collaborator for each brand you pay for (3 with 3 brands, 10 with 10) | | Enterprise | On request | ### Invite a teammate 1. Open **Settings** and, in **Collaborators and guest clients**, press **Manage roles & access**. 2. Press **Invite member** and enter their email. 3. Choose the brands they can access and the permission level for each. 4. They receive an invitation by email and join your account. You can also ask the [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html) to invite someone: it prepares the invitation and sends it when you confirm. ### Permission levels The levels form a ladder: each one can do everything the level before can, plus something more. | Level | What it can do | |---|---| | Viewer | Sees everything, changes nothing | | Contributor | Prepares content and plans | | Scheduler | Fills the calendar, never goes live | | Publisher | Goes live and takes posts down | | Brand manager | Publishes, configures the brand and replies in the Inbox | Two more options sit outside the ladder: - **Community manager**: replies to messages, does not publish. - **Custom**: you pick the permissions one by one. Exporting reports is not a level: you grant it separately, brand by brand, with its own switch. Levels are set brand by brand: the same person can be Publisher on one brand and Viewer on another. ### Who can change roles Only an **owner** can promote or demote people. **Promote to owner** gives full access to all brands, billing and team management, and you cannot take it back on your own. A collaborator who can invite others can never give more permissions than they have. ### Frequently asked questions #### Do I pay extra for each team member? No. Bynor plans are priced per brand, not per user: Business includes one collaborator for each brand. See [Plans and pricing](https://bynor.ai/guide/plans-and-pricing.html). #### Can a collaborator see billing? Not by default. An owner can grant a collaborator the permission to view or manage billing and to buy credits. ## Client portal: share plans and get approvals URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/client-portal.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: The client portal gives your clients read-only access to their brands with a single link: overview, editorial plans, upcoming posts and reports. The client approves or declines each content card, and you see the answers in Approvals. Invite a client from Settings, Manage roles & access, with "Invite client". The portal is included from the Business plan, and the free trial lets you try it with one client. ### What the client sees With one link the client sees the brands you share with them, in read-only mode: - **Overview**: how the accounts are doing. - **Editorial plans**: the plans you shared, card by card. - **Upcoming posts**: what is scheduled. - **Reports**: the reports you send to the portal. ### Invite a client 1. Open **Settings** and, in **Collaborators and guest clients**, press **Manage roles & access**. 2. Press **Invite client**. 3. Choose the brands to share. You can add a password and an expiry date to the link. 4. Send the link to your client. Under **What the client sees** you choose what to show, and with automatic sending new content reaches the portal without extra steps. ### Approvals 1. In an editorial plan press **Share with the client**. 2. The client opens each card and **approves** or **declines** it. 3. You find the answers in **More**, then **Approvals**. If you change a card, you can send it back to the client for a new review. No more approval threads in email or chat: decisions stay attached to the content. ### Plans and limits - The client portal is included from the **Business** plan. The free trial includes it with **one** guest client; on Starter the portal is paused. - **Portal branding** (your logo, up to 2 MB) is included from Business. - On Business you can have up to **5 guest clients for each active brand**, counted on the whole account: with 3 brands, up to 15 people. A person invited to several brands counts once. ### Frequently asked questions #### Does my client need a Bynor account? No. The client opens the portal with the link you send; they do not need a subscription. #### Can the client edit or publish posts? No. The portal is read-only: the client approves or declines, you and your team edit and publish. ## Manage multiple brands (for agencies and freelancers) URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/manage-multiple-brands.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Each client or business is a separate brand in Bynor, with its own social accounts, brand context, plans, inbox and analytics. Add one with "Add brand" on the Brand page and switch with the selector at the top. Starter includes 1 brand; Business goes from 3 to 10 brands, paid per brand; beyond 10 there is Enterprise. AI credits are shared by the whole account. ### One brand per client A brand keeps everything about one business separate: connected accounts, [brand context](https://bynor.ai/guide/brand-context-and-voice.html), editorial plans, calendar, inbox, analytics and chat history. Work for one client never mixes with another. ### Add a brand 1. Open **Brand** in the sidebar. 2. Press **Add brand** and follow the setup: name, publishing time zone, content language and market, then connect its social accounts. See [Set up your first brand](https://bynor.ai/guide/set-up-your-first-brand.html). ### Switch brand Use the brand selector at the top: the whole app (Dashboard, Calendar, Inbox, Analytics, AI Chat) switches to that brand. ### How many brands each plan includes | Plan | Brands | |---|---| | Starter | 1 | | Business | 3 to 10, paid per brand | | Enterprise | More than 10, on request | If you reduce the number of brands in your plan, you choose which brands stay active. ### What is shared and what is per brand - **Per brand**: social accounts, content, analytics, inbox, automations, competitor openings (5 a month per brand). - **Per account**: the plan, the team, the guest clients of the [client portal](https://bynor.ai/guide/client-portal.html) (on Business, up to 5 for each active brand, counted on the whole account) and the [AI credits](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html), which all brands draw from. ### Frequently asked questions #### Is Bynor good for social media agencies? Yes. Agencies use one brand per client, the [client portal](https://bynor.ai/guide/client-portal.html) for approvals, team roles per brand and reports to send to clients. Business pricing is per brand, from 3 to 10. #### Can I move a social account from one brand to another? Disconnect it from the first brand and connect it to the other. Remember that disconnecting deletes the data imported for the first brand, and that each brand can connect each network once a month. ## Use Bynor from Claude and ChatGPT (MCP connector) URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/bynor-in-claude-and-chatgpt.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Bynor has a remote MCP connector at `https://app.bynor.ai/mcp`. Add it as a custom connector in Claude, as an app in ChatGPT (developer mode), or from the command line in Claude Code and Codex, then sign in with your Bynor account and choose brands and permissions. The assistant can then read your brand's data, create editorial plans and images, and prepare posts and replies, which go out only when you confirm them. ### What the Bynor MCP connector is MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard AI assistants use to connect to external services. With Bynor's connector, **Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex work directly on your Bynor account**: they read the brand context and metrics, create editorial plans, images and carousels, and prepare posts, schedules and replies to comments. Bynor stays the place where brands, calendar and data live. The connector lets you use it from the assistant you already work with every day. ### What you need - A Bynor account with an active subscription or a **free trial** in progress. - The connector address: `https://app.bynor.ai/mcp`. You also find it in Bynor under **Settings**, **Connected apps**, **MCP connector address**. Authentication uses OAuth: you sign in with your Bynor account, there are no keys to copy. ### Connect Claude 1. In Bynor open **Settings**, then **Connected apps**, and press **Connect** on the Claude card. claude.ai opens with the connector already filled in (name Bynor and address): confirm. 2. Alternatively, on claude.ai or in the Claude app go to **Customize**, then **Connectors**, add a custom connector, name it Bynor and paste `https://app.bynor.ai/mcp`. 3. Claude sends you to Bynor's authorization page: sign in, choose brands and permissions and press **Allow access**. 4. In a new chat enable Bynor among the connectors and ask, for example: "Make a two-week editorial plan for my brand". On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, custom connectors are added by the organization owner. ### Connect ChatGPT 1. In Bynor, under **Settings**, **Connected apps**, the ChatGPT card copies the connector address. 2. In ChatGPT's settings turn on developer mode, add a new app and paste the address. 3. As authentication choose OAuth, press Connect and allow access on Bynor's page. > **Note:** ChatGPT's menu names change often and developer mode is not available on every ChatGPT plan. If you cannot find the item, look for "connectors" or "apps" in ChatGPT's settings. ### Connect Claude Code and Codex From the terminal: - **Claude Code**: `claude mcp add --transport http bynor https://app.bynor.ai/mcp` - **Codex**: `codex mcp add bynor --url https://app.bynor.ai/mcp`, then `codex mcp login bynor` The first time, the browser opens on Bynor's authorization page. These tools do not show a visual preview of actions: you confirm each one from the proposal link they give you. ### Brands and permissions you grant On the page "wants to connect to your Bynor account" you decide two things. **Which brands.** As account owner you choose between "All the account's brands, including the ones you add later" and "Only some brands". As a collaborator you see only the brands you have access to. **Which permissions**, one by one: - **Read your data**: brands, content, metrics, calendar. - **Create images, carousels and plans**: the permission that uses AI credits. - **Publish and schedule**: post, schedule, reply to comments, share or redo a plan, delete posts and cards. A verified app can do it without your click if you tell it to go ahead in the chat ("auto" mode, below). - **Manage the account**: team and settings. Your team role can limit the permissions you can grant. Guest accounts cannot connect external apps. An authorization request expires after one hour. ### What the assistant can do with Bynor - **Brand**: read the brand context and communication profile, add notes to the brand diary. - **Editorial plan**: propose a brief, create a plan, add, edit, regenerate, duplicate and reorder ideas, write texts, manage versions. - **Images and carousels**: generate visuals in the brand's style, add slides, change format, upload your files or capture a web page. - **Calendar and publishing**: see scheduled posts and the best times, prepare a post, edit it, reschedule, republish or cancel it. - **Inbox**: read comments, propose replies and automations, decide on content requests. - **Analytics**: overview, post metrics, charts, PDF reports for the account or for a single post. - **Competitors**: open, check and compare a competitor's profile. - **Team**: see people and propose invitations and permissions. - **Credits**: read the AI credit balance. ### Nothing goes out without your click Anything that publishes, schedules, deletes, replies to comments or changes team and brand identity becomes a **proposal with a preview**: it runs only when you press the confirmation button. **Outside "auto" mode, a "yes" written in the chat does not confirm anything.** If you explicitly ask for it, with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex some actions can run immediately ("auto" mode), for example a publication or a reply. Team changes, brand identity changes and TikTok posts never run automatically: on TikTok you choose the video's privacy level in the preview. ### Credits and limits The connector is included in the subscription. AI work (generating images, for example) **uses AI credits** from the same balance you use in the app: see [AI credits](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html). To protect the account there are daily safety limits, for example on the number of file uploads: if you reach one, the assistant tells you and you can try again the next day. ### Disconnect an app In **Settings**, **Connected apps**, press **Disconnect** on the app's card: all its access closes immediately. Access also closes by itself when you change or reset your password and when you choose to log out other devices. ### Frequently asked questions #### What is the URL of the Bynor MCP server? `https://app.bynor.ai/mcp`. It is a remote MCP server with OAuth authentication: you sign in with your Bynor account. #### Does the connector cost extra? No. It is included in the Bynor subscription and works during the free trial too. AI generations use your account's AI credits, as in the app. #### Can Claude or ChatGPT publish without me knowing? No. Publications, schedules, deletions and replies arrive as proposals with a preview and run only with your click, unless you explicitly ask for immediate execution of an action that allows it. #### Can I use it with several brands? Yes. When connecting you choose all brands or only some; in the chat the assistant opens a session on the brand you are working on. #### How do I remove an assistant's access? From **Settings**, **Connected apps**, with **Disconnect**. The app cannot use Bynor anymore until you connect it again. ## Plans, pricing and billing URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/plans-and-pricing.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Starter costs 29 € per month for 1 brand (23.20 € per month with annual billing, 278.40 € per year). Business costs 23 € per brand per month, from 3 to 10 brands (18.40 € per brand with annual billing). Over 10 brands there is Enterprise, on request. Prices exclude VAT; annual billing saves 20%. You change or cancel the plan from Settings, Plan & usage, and download invoices from Settings, Orders & billing; if the subscription ends, the account becomes read-only and your data stays. ### The plans | Plan | Price, monthly billing | Price, annual billing | Brands | |---|---|---|---| | Starter | 29 € per month | 23.20 € per month (278.40 € per year) | 1 | | Business | 23 € per brand per month | 18.40 € per brand per month | 3 to 10 | | Enterprise | On request | On request | More than 10 | - Prices exclude VAT. - Annual billing costs 20% less. - Pricing is per brand, not per user or per connected network. - You can try Bynor free for 7 days, no card required, with the Starter limits (1 brand) plus one guest in the client portal. See [Sign up and free trial](https://bynor.ai/guide/sign-up-and-free-trial.html). - Each plan includes monthly AI credits. See [AI credits](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html). - The team, the [client portal](https://bynor.ai/guide/client-portal.html) and branding of portal and reports are included from Business. - **Images only**: if you only need AI images, without social accounts, there is a monthly credit subscription. See [AI credits](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html). Current prices are always on [bynor.ai/en/pricing](https://bynor.ai/en/pricing.html). ### Choose or change plan - **Plans & Pricing** shows your current plan, the limits and the available options. Switch between monthly and annual with the selector at the top. - Or open **Settings**: in the **Subscription** section, **Plan & usage** (press **View**) shows your plan, brands, connected channels and AI credits; press **Change plan**. - Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference. - On an annual plan, a downgrade is scheduled for the renewal date. ### Payments and invoices Payments go through Stripe. In **Settings**, **Orders & billing** (press **Manage**) you find the order history and invoices; **Open portal** opens the billing portal, where you update the payment method and billing details. ### Cancel Open **Settings**, **Plan & usage** and press **Cancel plan**. The service stays active until the end of the period you already paid; the plans page shows **Subscription being canceled**, and you can press **Reactivate subscription** before that date. ### When the subscription or the trial ends - The account becomes **read-only**: you see your data, but you cannot create, publish or reply. - Scheduled posts are paused. - Your data is kept: choose a plan from Plans & Pricing and you continue from where you left off. The only exception: a social connection left expired (never reconnected) for 12 months is removed, together with the data imported from it; Bynor emails you before that happens. ### Frequently asked questions #### How much does Bynor cost? From 29 € per month (VAT excluded) for one brand on the Starter plan, or 23.20 € per month with annual billing. Agencies with 3 to 10 brands pay 23 € per brand per month on Business. #### Is there a free plan? There is no free plan, but you can try Bynor free for 7 days without a credit card. #### Do I pay for each team member or social account? No. You pay per brand. Team members and connected networks do not change the price. ## AI credits URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: AI credits pay only for generating and editing AI images and carousels. Chatting, editorial plans, captions and replies do not use credits. Credits are shared by the whole account: Starter includes 10 per month, Business 5 per brand per month, and the free trial 10 in total. Extra packs are listed at 15 € for 107 credits, 29 € for 223, 49 € for 408 and 79 € for 718, VAT excluded; when a discount is active, the AI Credits page shows it before you pay. ### What uses credits | Uses credits | Does not use credits | |---|---| | Generating and editing AI images and carousel slides | Chatting with the AI Chat | | The same, when you ask for it from Claude or ChatGPT through the MCP connector | Editorial plans, scripts and captions | | | Suggested replies in the Inbox | | | Competitor analysis | | | The written summary of a report | | | Editing by hand in Studio | The exact cost is always shown on the button before you generate: it depends on the image model and the resolution, and some actions cost a fraction of a credit (for example 1.5). ### How many credits you get | Plan | Credits per month | |---|---| | Free trial | 10 for the whole trial | | Starter | 10 | | Business | 5 for each brand (15 with 3 brands, 50 with 10) | - Credits belong to the **account**, not to a single brand: all brands draw from the same balance. - The monthly allowance renews every month, also on annual plans. Unused monthly credits do not carry over. ### Buy more credits When you need more, buy a one-time pack from **AI Credits**: | List price (VAT excluded) | Credits | |---|---| | 15 € | 107 | | 29 € | 223 | | 49 € | 408 | | 79 € | 718 | Bigger packs cost less per credit. When a discount is active, the AI Credits page shows it before you pay. Packs are available with an active paid plan or an Images only subscription, not during the free trial. ### Images only subscription If you only need AI images, without connecting social accounts, the plans page has an **Images only** tab: a monthly subscription that gives you 107, 223, 408 or 718 credits each month for 15, 29, 49 or 79 € (VAT excluded). Unused credits reset at each renewal. ### When you run out Bynor shows **Out of credits** with the option to buy extra credits. Only image generation stops: the AI Chat, plans, publishing and everything else keep working. ### Frequently asked questions #### Does the AI Chat use credits? No. Chatting is free; credits are used when you generate images. #### How many images can I make with my monthly credits? It depends on the model and resolution you choose, because each image has its own price in credits, shown before you generate. #### Are credits per brand or per account? Per account. All your brands share the same balance. ## Account settings, data and privacy URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/account-data-and-privacy.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: In Settings you change name, photo, phone and the app language (English, Italian, French, Spanish or German), choose the theme (Light, Dark, Grayscale) and the notifications you want. Access to your social accounts is stored encrypted and each brand is isolated from the others. Bynor SRL processes data under the GDPR; some providers process it outside the EU, mainly in the United States. You can delete your account from Settings with your password: it is immediate and cannot be undone. ### Profile and language Open your account menu (bottom left) and then **Settings**: - Change **name**, **profile photo** and **phone**, then press Save. - Choose the app **Language**: English, Italian, French, Spanish or German. - To change the login email, write to [info@bynor.ai](mailto:info@bynor.ai). The profile photo is yours; the brand logo is set on the Brand page. ### Theme From the account menu choose the theme: **Light**, **Dark** or **Grayscale**. The choice is saved on your device. ### Notifications In **Settings** there are two sets of preferences: - **Email preferences**: product emails and updates, the Inbox summary, post publishing confirmations, client verdicts, completed AI tasks. **Publishing errors and security** (failed posts, password resets, account changes) are always on and cannot be turned off. - **In-app notification preferences**, for the bell at the top: **Problems** (red, they block publishing or connections: keep them on), **Needs attention** (yellow) and **Activity and confirmations** (blue). ### Sessions and security - Access to your social accounts uses each network's official authorization (OAuth with PKCE). The access tokens are stored encrypted. - Each brand's data is isolated from other brands and other accounts. - From Settings you can log out the other devices where you are signed in. This also closes the access of apps connected through the [MCP connector](https://bynor.ai/guide/bynor-in-claude-and-chatgpt.html). ### Privacy Bynor is made by Bynor SRL, an Italian company based in Milan, and processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Some of the providers Bynor works with are based, or use sub-processors, outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States: those transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The details (which data, why, which providers, how long) are in the [Privacy and Cookie Policy](https://bynor.ai/en/privacy-and-cookie-policy.html); the contract is in the [Terms](https://bynor.ai/en/terms.html). ### Delete your account 1. Open **Settings** and press **Delete account**. 2. Confirm with your password. Deletion is **immediate and irreversible**: your data is deleted permanently. If you have an active subscription, it is canceled at once, without a refund for the remaining period. If you only want to stop paying, cancel the subscription instead: see [Plans and pricing](https://bynor.ai/guide/plans-and-pricing.html). ### Frequently asked questions #### Is the Bynor app available in other languages? Yes. The app is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish and German. Choose the language in Settings. #### Does my data stay in the European Union? Not entirely. Bynor SRL is an Italian company and applies the GDPR, but some of its providers process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. The list of providers is in the [Privacy and Cookie Policy](https://bynor.ai/en/privacy-and-cookie-policy.html). #### Is my Instagram password stored by Bynor? No. You log in on Instagram's or Meta's own page; Bynor receives an access authorization, stored encrypted, that you can revoke at any time. ## Frequently asked questions about Bynor URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/faq.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Bynor is the AI operating system for social media by Bynor SRL (Milan). The account becomes read-only and scheduled posts are paused, but your data is kept: choose a plan to continue. See [Plans and pricing](https://bynor.ai/guide/plans-and-pricing.html). ## Troubleshooting URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/troubleshooting.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Most problems come from the connection to a social network. If Instagram does not connect, check that it is a professional account; if a post did not go out, look for "Connection expired" and press Reconnect; if Bynor says the outcome is uncertain, check the profile before publishing again. For anything else write to info@bynor.ai. ### Instagram does not connect - **"Non-professional Instagram account"**: Instagram allows tools like Bynor only on professional accounts. Switch to a Business or Creator account in the Instagram app settings (it is free) and connect again. - **Connecting through Facebook, Instagram does not appear**: the Instagram account must be linked to the Facebook Page you selected. Or connect Instagram directly, without Facebook. - **On the phone nothing happens after authorizing**: on some phones the link opens inside the Instagram app and the connection stops. Connect from a computer; Bynor can email you a link to finish there. - **"Connection not available right now"**: each brand can connect each network once a month. Bynor shows the date from which you can connect again; if you need it sooner, write to us. ### YouTube does not connect The Google account you used has no YouTube channel, or you picked another one. Create the channel, or sign in again and choose the Google account that owns it. ### A scheduled post did not go out 1. Open the post in the **Calendar**: it shows as failed, with the reason. Bynor also notifies you and sends an email when a publication fails. 2. If the account shows **Connection expired** (the Dashboard lists it under **To do**), open Brand, press **Reconnect** and authorize again. 3. Back in the Calendar, press **Retry** (**Retry failed** on a post sent to several networks) or reschedule the post: a post whose time passed while the connection was expired does not go out by itself. ### Bynor says "the post may already be online" The network did not confirm whether the post was published. **Check the profile first.** If the post is there, do nothing; if it is not, publish it again. Publishing again without checking can create a duplicate. ### Publishing on Instagram is blocked by Meta If Meta restricts publishing on an Instagram account connected through Facebook, the account shows a warning: press **Switch to direct Instagram** to resume publishing. ### Errors specific to a network | Message or problem | What to do | |---|---| | TikTok asks for the privacy level | Choose who can see the video in the preview: it is required for every TikTok post | | YouTube refuses a photo or a horizontal video | On YouTube Bynor publishes only Shorts: vertical videos up to 3 minutes | | Instagram video upload failed | Use H.264/AAC video and check the size limits in [Formats and limits](https://bynor.ai/guide/formats-and-limits.html) | | LinkedIn says the post is a duplicate | LinkedIn refuses a post identical to one recently published on the same profile or page: the original is already online. Change the text to publish again | | Caption too long | Shorten it to the network's limit (2,200 characters on Instagram) | ### Out of credits Image generation stops until the next monthly renewal, or until you buy a pack in **AI Credits**. During the free trial credits do not renew and packs are not available: choose a plan, or the Images only subscription, to get more. Everything else keeps working. See [AI credits](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-credits.html). ### The free trial does not start Each email can use the free trial once, and Bynor also limits repeated trials from the same phone number or network. If you think it is a mistake, write to [info@bynor.ai](mailto:info@bynor.ai). ### The account is read-only The trial or the subscription has ended. Choose a plan from **Plans & Pricing**: your data is all there. See [Plans and pricing](https://bynor.ai/guide/plans-and-pricing.html). ### Still stuck? Write to [info@bynor.ai](mailto:info@bynor.ai) with the brand name and what you see on screen (a screenshot helps). You can also ask the [AI Chat](https://bynor.ai/guide/ai-chat.html): it knows the app and your brand. ## Menu names in every language URL: https://bynor.ai/guide/menu-names-in-every-language.html Updated: 2026-10-15 In short: Bynor's app is available in English, Italian, French, Spanish and German, and this guide uses the English names. The tables below give the same menu items and buttons in all five languages, taken from the app itself, so you can follow any page of the guide whatever language your app is set to. You change the app language in Settings. The app language is chosen in **Settings** (see [Account, data and privacy](https://bynor.ai/guide/account-data-and-privacy.html)). Names come from the app's own translations, so they match what you see on screen. ### Sidebar and main pages | English | Italiano | Français | Español | Deutsch | |---|---|---|---|---| | Dashboard |
