AI Chat (the AI Control Center)

What the Bynor AI Chat can do, example requests, how action cards work, why nothing is published or deleted without your click, and how to open the chat from any page.

In short

The AI Chat is the assistant inside Bynor (on the website it is called AI Control Center). It knows the selected brand, its content and its numbers. It plans, writes captions and scripts, generates images, analyzes performance, looks at competitors and prepares posts, replies and automations. Anything that publishes, schedules, replies, deletes or changes the team or the brand identity becomes a card that you confirm with one click.

Open the chat

  • From the sidebar: AI Chat.
  • From any page on a computer: the Ask button.
  • With the keyboard: press Ctrl+K and choose a new AI chat.

Select the brand you want to work on: the chat history is saved separately for each brand. You can also dictate with the microphone instead of typing.

What you can ask

  • Plans: "Create an editorial plan for this week", "Give me 3 post ideas for Friday".
  • Writing: captions, Reel scripts, carousel texts, "Check if this text is in line with the brand".
  • Images: "Generate an image for the next post", carousels in the brand's style. See AI images and carousels.
  • Numbers: "Which posts worked best?", "Compare the social channels", "Make me a performance report".
  • Publishing: prepare a post and schedule it, move or cancel scheduled posts.
  • Community: propose replies to comments, set up an automatic reply.
  • Competitors: "Look at @username" to analyze an Instagram Business or Creator profile. See Competitor analysis.
  • Team: invite a teammate or a client.

The chat also brings you proposals of its own, for example a content idea when several people ask for the same thing in your comments.

Action cards: you always have the last word

When a request publishes, schedules, replies, deletes or changes your team or brand identity, the chat does not act in the background. It shows a card with what it is about to do, and the action runs only when you press its button. Smaller things, such as notes in the brand diary, the chat writes by itself while you talk. Examples:

  • Post the reply to a comment.
  • Move or Cancel the post for scheduled content.
  • Delete cards, plans or scheduled posts.
  • Send to client for approval.
  • Activate an automation, redo a plan, send an invitation.
  • Apply a change to the brand identity.

Deleting always needs the click on the card, even if you already wrote "yes, delete it" in the chat.

Does the chat use credits?

Chatting does not use AI credits. Generating images does, and the cost is shown on the button before you generate. See AI credits.

Use the same assistant from Claude or ChatGPT

The tools of the AI Chat are also available in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Codex through the MCP connector. See Use Bynor from Claude and ChatGPT.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI Chat the same as the AI Control Center?

Yes. On the bynor.ai website it is presented as AI Control Center; in the app the menu item is called AI Chat.

Can the AI Chat publish without asking me?

No. Publishing, scheduling, replying, deleting and changes to team or brand identity always go through a card you confirm.

Does the AI Chat know my brand?

Yes. It works on the selected brand: its brand context, its connected accounts, its posts and their metrics.
