Studio editor and Post Pilot bulk scheduling
How to edit photos and videos by hand in Bynor Studio, and how to upload your own photos and videos to Post Pilot and schedule them in bulk with a voice or text command (formats and limits).
Studio is Bynor's photo and video editor: you open it from the app switcher at the top of the sidebar and edit by hand, with cuts, text, subtitles from your script, transitions, music and the brand's style. Automatic AI video editing is not available yet. Post Pilot is where you upload up to 15 photos and videos (up to 2 GB per file) and schedule them as separate posts with one voice or text command; uploaded files are kept for 7 days.
Studio
Studio is the editor for your photos and videos. Editing happens by hand, directly in the editor, so it does not cost AI credits.
- Open it from the app switcher at the top of the sidebar (Studio is a separate space, not a sidebar item).
- Add your media, then work on cuts, text, subtitles from your script, transitions, music and the brand's style.
- When the content is ready, schedule it from the Calendar.
Studio works on your own material. Automatic AI video editing ("Edit it for me"), subtitles written from speech and automatic touch-ups are not available yet: Studio says so when you try them.
Post Pilot
Post Pilot is where you upload photos and videos and schedule them in bulk with one command, written or spoken.
- In the Calendar, press Post Pilot.
- Upload your photos and videos, up to 15 at a time, by choosing them or dropping them in.
- Tell Bynor when and where to publish them, for example "Publish everything on Instagram at 6 pm, one a day". You can type it or say it.
- Bynor prepares each post with day, time and caption: review and confirm.
You can also select several photos and press Create carousel to merge them into one carousel post.
Post Pilot is a temporary space, not an archive: it holds up to 15 items, and each file expires after 7 days (the remaining days are shown on each file).
Accepted files
| Type | Formats | Limits |
|---|---|---|
| Images | JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF | Up to 2 GB per file |
| Videos | MP4, MOV, WebM, AVI | Up to 2 GB per file, up to 30 minutes |
Each network then applies its own limits when you publish: see Formats and limits per network.
Gallery
The Gallery (in the sidebar, under More) collects the images and carousels created by Bynor's AI. Post Pilot holds the files you upload; the Gallery holds the ones the AI makes.
Frequently asked questions
Is Studio like Canva?
Studio is Bynor's editor for photos and videos, built into the same place where you plan and publish, so what you edit goes straight to the calendar. Editing is manual.
Can Bynor edit my videos automatically?
Not yet. Automatic AI video editing in Studio is not available today; manual editing (cuts, text, subtitles from your script, transitions, music) is.
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
2 GB per file in Post Pilot. When publishing, Bynor compresses videos to stay within each network's limit, for example 300 MB for an Instagram Reel.
