Plans, pricing and billing
Bynor's plans and prices (Starter, Business per brand, Enterprise, Images only), what changes with annual billing, how to change plan, cancel, download invoices, and what happens when a subscription ends.
Starter costs 29 € per month for 1 brand (23.20 € per month with annual billing, 278.40 € per year). Business costs 23 € per brand per month, from 3 to 10 brands (18.40 € per brand with annual billing). Over 10 brands there is Enterprise, on request. Prices exclude VAT; annual billing saves 20%. You change or cancel the plan from Settings, Plan & usage, and download invoices from Settings, Orders & billing; if the subscription ends, the account becomes read-only and your data stays.

Choose or change plan
- Plans & Pricing shows your current plan, the limits and the available options. Switch between monthly and annual with the selector at the top.
- Or open Settings: in the Subscription section, Plan & usage (press View) shows your plan, brands, connected channels and AI credits; press Change plan.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the prorated difference.
- On an annual plan, a downgrade is scheduled for the renewal date.
Payments and invoices
Payments go through Stripe. In Settings, Orders & billing (press Manage) you find the order history and invoices; Open portal opens the billing portal, where you update the payment method and billing details.
Cancel
Open Settings, Plan & usage and press Cancel plan. The service stays active until the end of the period you already paid; the plans page shows Subscription being canceled, and you can press Reactivate subscription before that date.
When the subscription or the trial ends
- The account becomes read-only: you see your data, but you cannot create, publish or reply.
- Scheduled posts are paused.
- Your data is kept: choose a plan from Plans & Pricing and you continue from where you left off. The only exception: a social connection left expired (never reconnected) for 12 months is removed, together with the data imported from it; Bynor emails you before that happens.

How much does Bynor cost?
From 29 € per month (VAT excluded) for one brand on the Starter plan, or 23.20 € per month with annual billing. Agencies with 3 to 10 brands pay 23 € per brand per month on Business.
Is there a free plan?
There is no free plan, but you can try Bynor free for 7 days without a credit card.
Do I pay for each team member or social account?
No. You pay per brand. Team members and connected networks do not change the price.
