Dashboard and analytics

What the Bynor Dashboard shows (to-do list, goals, widgets, recommended actions), which metrics Analytics tracks for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, and how often the data is updated.

In short

The Dashboard is the home screen of each brand: a to-do list (critical errors such as an expired connection, messages awaiting a reply, the next posts), weekly and monthly goals, widgets you choose and AI-recommended actions. Analytics shows followers, likes, coverage, engagement rate, high-value actions and views for 7 days, 30 days, 3 months or 12 months, by channel and by format. Metrics of recent posts refresh several times a day.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see. Everything refers to the brand selected at the top.

  • To do: the most urgent thing first. A critical error (for example a connection to renew), the comments and direct messages awaiting a reply, the posts scheduled in the next 24 hours, or a reminder when nothing is scheduled; during the free trial, also the days left.
  • Goals: weekly and monthly goals, calculated from the last 60 days of history. A marker on each bar shows how much of the period has passed: if your progress is behind the marker, you need to speed up.
  • At a glance: boxes with the metrics you care about. Press Add widget to change them; the choice is saved per brand.
  • Recommended actions: AI suggestions on the most useful next move, regenerated every week.

Analytics

Open Analytics in the sidebar.

  1. Choose the channels to include: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  2. Choose the period: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 3 months or last 12 months.
  3. Read the overview cards. Each one shows the change compared to the previous period.

The main metrics

MetricWhat it measures
Total followersThe audience of the selected channels
Total likesLikes received in the period
CoverageHow many people saw your content; where the network does not count people (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), how many times it was viewed
Engagement rateInteractions (likes, comments, saves, shares) compared to coverage
High-value actionsSaves plus shares: the strongest sign that content is useful
ViewsViews of your content

More sections

  • Content performance by format: carousel, images and video compared with each other. Story analytics are coming soon.
  • When your posts do best: the days and hours that work for your audience, from your own posts.
  • Topics: the themes your content talks about, found by the AI in your posts.
  • Ask Bynor: from a post in the rankings, open the AI Chat on that post to understand why it worked or not.

LinkedIn

  • For a Company Page, Analytics shows impressions, clicks, likes, comments and shares of each post, followers and page views. The audience section LinkedIn · Professional audience splits followers by Seniority, Function and Company size.
  • For a Personal profile, LinkedIn gives metrics only for the posts you published with Bynor, plus the follower count. Audience demographics are available for Company Pages only.

How often the data is updated

Bynor checks every hour which posts need fresh metrics. The newer the post, the more often it is updated:

Age of the postUpdate frequency
Less than 2 daysAbout every 8 hours
2 to 7 daysOnce a day
7 to 30 daysEvery 2 days
30 to 90 daysOnce a week
OlderAbout once a month

Updates pause at night (Italian time). Posts older than a year are no longer refreshed.

Frequently asked questions

Why are my numbers different from the Instagram app?

The Instagram app shows live numbers; Bynor updates them on the schedule above, so recent posts may differ by a few hours of activity. Some metrics are also defined differently by each network.

Can I see analytics for all my brands together?

Analytics works per brand: switch brand from the selector at the top.
