Manage multiple brands (for agencies and freelancers)
How to add and switch brands in Bynor, how many brands each plan includes, and how data, credits and limits work when you manage several clients.
Each client or business is a separate brand in Bynor, with its own social accounts, brand context, plans, inbox and analytics. Add one with "Add brand" on the Brand page and switch with the selector at the top. Starter includes 1 brand; Business goes from 3 to 10 brands, paid per brand; beyond 10 there is Enterprise. AI credits are shared by the whole account.
One brand per client
A brand keeps everything about one business separate: connected accounts, brand context, editorial plans, calendar, inbox, analytics and chat history. Work for one client never mixes with another.
Add a brand
- Open Brand in the sidebar.
- Press Add brand and follow the setup: name, publishing time zone, content language and market, then connect its social accounts. See Set up your first brand.
Switch brand
Use the brand selector at the top: the whole app (Dashboard, Calendar, Inbox, Analytics, AI Chat) switches to that brand.
How many brands each plan includes
| Plan | Brands |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 |
| Business | 3 to 10, paid per brand |
| Enterprise | More than 10, on request |
If you reduce the number of brands in your plan, you choose which brands stay active.
What is shared and what is per brand
- Per brand: social accounts, content, analytics, inbox, automations, competitor openings (5 a month per brand).
- Per account: the plan, the team, the guest clients of the client portal (on Business, up to 5 for each active brand, counted on the whole account) and the AI credits, which all brands draw from.
Frequently asked questions
Is Bynor good for social media agencies?
Yes. Agencies use one brand per client, the client portal for approvals, team roles per brand and reports to send to clients. Business pricing is per brand, from 3 to 10.
Can I move a social account from one brand to another?
Disconnect it from the first brand and connect it to the other. Remember that disconnecting deletes the data imported for the first brand, and that each brand can connect each network once a month.
