Getting started
How Bynor works
What Bynor is, what each part of the app does and how they fit together, from the brand analysis to publishing and reports.
Bynor is the AI operating system for social media. You create a brand, connect its social accounts, and Bynor studies the posts you already published to learn your voice. From there the AI Chat, the Editorial Plan, the Calendar, the Inbox, Analytics and Reports all work on the same brand context, so ideas, posts, replies and numbers stay consistent.
The idea in one paragraph
Most people who run social media juggle a scheduler, an analytics tool, a notes app, an image editor and a generic AI chatbot. Bynor puts these jobs in one place and gives them a shared memory: the brand. Everything you do in Bynor (a post, a reply, a report) belongs to a brand, and the AI uses what it knows about that brand to write and suggest things that sound like you, not like a generic AI.
The building blocks
- Brand: the identity you manage. It holds the connected social accounts, the brand context (voice, audience, strategy) and all the content. On the Business plan one account manages from 3 to 10 brands, for example one per client; Starter and the free trial have 1 brand.
- AI Chat: the assistant you talk to. It plans, writes, generates images, reads your numbers and prepares actions that you confirm with one click. See AI Chat.
- Editorial Plan: plans made of cards, one per post: videos get a script, an outline and shooting directions, photos and carousels get the visual and the caption. See Editorial plan.
- Calendar: where posts are scheduled and published on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. See Schedule and publish posts.
- Inbox: comments and direct messages in one queue, with AI-suggested replies to comments and automatic replies on Instagram and Facebook. See Inbox.
- Dashboard and Analytics: the state of your accounts and what is working. See Dashboard and analytics.
- Report: PDF reports for a period, ready to send to a client. See Reports.
- Studio, Gallery and Post Pilot: the photo and video editor, the archive of AI images and carousels, and the space where you upload your own media and schedule them in bulk. See Studio and Post Pilot.
- Client portal: a read-only space where your client follows plans, upcoming posts and reports, and approves content. See Client portal.
How a typical week looks
- Open the Dashboard: the "To do" list tells you what needs attention, such as a connection to renew or comments waiting for a reply.
- Ask the AI Chat for a plan: "Create an editorial plan for this week". It asks a few questions and builds the cards.
- Review the cards, generate images or carousels, and schedule them in the Calendar.
- Reply to comments from the Inbox, starting from the AI suggestion.
- At the end of the month, create a Report and share it with the client.
What makes the AI different from a generic chatbot
- It starts from your data: when you connect a social account, Bynor analyzes up to the last 12 months of your content (topics, formats, what performed) and builds the brand context. Two exceptions: from TikTok Bynor imports metrics, not the content of the videos, and from YouTube it reads only Shorts.
- It works inside the app: it does not stop at text. It prepares posts, replies, automations and reports, and you confirm each action with a click.
- It stays on your brand: every brand has its own context and its own chat history, so work for one client never mixes with another.
What Bynor does not do (today)
- It does not publish to X, Pinterest or Threads: the supported networks are Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- It does not generate videos from a text prompt. You can edit your own videos in Studio.
- It does not manage paid ads.
