Scheduling and publishing
Schedule and publish posts
How to create a post in the Bynor Calendar, publish on several networks at once with a caption for each, schedule or publish now, use drafts, pick the best times and handle a failed or uncertain publication.
In the Calendar press "New post", choose one or more networks, add media and write the caption (one per network if you want), then choose "Publish now" or "Schedule". Scheduled posts go out by themselves at the chosen time, usually within a minute. If a publication fails, Bynor notifies you and you can retry; if the outcome is uncertain, check the profile before publishing again.
Create a post
- Open Calendar in the sidebar and press New post (or press Ctrl+K and choose a new post).
- Select the destination networks among the connected ones. One post can go out on several networks at once.
- Add the media (photo, carousel or video) and write the caption.
- Choose the format from the Format menu: Post / Photo, Reel / Video, Story or Carousel. The formats you can pick depend on the network.
- Set date and time, then press Schedule, or Publish now.
One caption per network
With several networks selected, each one has its own caption: switch between them to adapt the text. Generate with AI writes a caption suggestion for the active network. The preview shows how the post will look on each network and in the profile grid.
Drafts
To keep a post you are not ready to schedule, press Save draft. Closing the window without saving discards it. Find your drafts under Content in the Calendar toolbar, in the Drafts list, and pick up where you left off.
Views and filters
Switch between the Calendar view and the Grid (list) view, choose Day, Week or Month, and filter by format. In the Week and Month views you can drag a post to another day to reschedule it.
The best time to post
In Analytics, the section When your posts do best shows the days and hours when your audience reacts most, calculated on your brand's own posts (not on generic industry averages). With few posts the indication is marked as approximate.
When a scheduled post goes out
Bynor checks the queue every minute: a scheduled post is published at the chosen time, usually within a minute. Times follow the brand's publishing time zone.
If a publication fails
- You get a notification and an email; the post shows as failed in the Calendar.
- The message explains the reason. The most common is an expired connection: reconnect the account (see Connect your social accounts).
- Fix the cause and press Retry (Retry failed on a post sent to several networks), or Reschedule the post. A post whose time passed while the connection was expired does not go out by itself after you reconnect: retry it or reschedule it.
If the outcome is uncertain
Sometimes the network does not confirm whether a post went online (for example after a timeout on Facebook or TikTok). In that case Bynor does not say "failed": it tells you the post may already be online. Check the profile first, and publish again only if the post is not there, to avoid a duplicate.
Network-specific rules
- TikTok: you choose the privacy level of each video in the preview. Sending a draft to the TikTok app inbox is not available.
- YouTube: Bynor publishes only Shorts, vertical videos up to 3 minutes. Horizontal videos are blocked.
- LinkedIn: if the brand has both a personal profile and a Company Page connected, choose Publish as in the post. A carousel goes out as a PDF document (default) or as an image collage.
- Instagram and Facebook Stories: one image or one video, without caption.
All limits are in Formats and limits per network.
Frequently asked questions

Yes. Select all the networks in the same post; each one can have its own caption, while the format is one for the whole post (networks that do not support it are removed).
Can I edit a post after scheduling it?
Yes. Open it in the Calendar to edit caption, media or date, or drag it to another day.
Does Bynor publish automatically or only remind me?
It publishes automatically on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn at the scheduled time. You do not need to be online.
